While I was running it, I noticed that the brake pedal is very hard to push and will only go down about an inch before it stops. This truck has all new wheel cylinders, master cylinder, and hydrovac and I bled the brakes as per the manual. If the pedal goes down very little it,s doutful there is any more air in the system although there is a bleeder valve on the booster. If every thing is hooked up right & it still doesn,t work you must have gotten a bad booster. Make shure the port for air to go in the booster is open. It seems they had a hose that ran into the cab with a filter on the end.

Vacuum is getting there and the vent was clear. While I was laying under it, I could hear the hydrovac making noise when the brake pedal was pressed. I really hope it isn't the hydrovac. Mine was a remam.one that when I tore it apart I found it had been assy. using grease onthe leather piston seal. The grease had dried up.
