For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 364 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 364 | Thanks to Peg, here are a couple updated pictues of my truck in the gallery. In the last week I've painted and reinstalled the bulk fuel tank on the truck, and I'm currently working on some of the wood parts for the rear. Hopefully I'll have some updated pictures on my photosite pretty quick. Enjoy!

Are you going to have it at the Butterfield show this summer? I might have to come down there and check it out. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 364 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2005 Posts: 364 | Absolutely Rich. I've been looking forward to having it there for quite a few years. This looks like the year it's finally going to happen! Have you ever been to the show? Lots to see!

But last summer we came down again. I couldn't believe how much stuff had been added! Hopefully it will work out for us to come again this year. | | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 2,893 Socket Breaker | | Socket Breaker Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 2,893 | Pakrat - awesome! I love the color... I'd love to have a flat bed with stakes or a dump like that. I don't have a use for one... yet. Maybe one day... -W | | | | | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 332 Big Bolt Shop Curmudgeon | | Big Bolt Shop Curmudgeon Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 332 | Keith, you have a beautiful Big Bolt, made all the better by the history.
As you are able to drive the truck on the country roads around Butterfield, you will be able to think about your Great Grandfather driving the same roads, in the same truck so many years ago.
That, my friend, is what Stovebolting is all about.
Uh,oh! Let's see here. "Stovebolting." That is a gerund, therefore, there must be a verb infinitive "to stovebolt!" Wow, I think that the stovebolt fraternity is fast becoming a fixture, because (in my humble opinion) you can't be a fixture in the language unless the noun evolves into a verb.
Drivin' down a 2 lane country road in a stovebolt.....cowboy, it don't get no better than this!
