Mongo has offered up his Garage again and the great event will be one week later.
That is so it does not interfere with any 9-11 events. More info to follow.

Looks like hotdogs are in order for Alvin!
I'll reach out to the Alderson's and see if they will host Friday night.
Vicki has also mentioned doing the t shirt design that will include Mongo's Garage.
We are also looking for a shirt printer around the KC area. Galeen maybe?

Don, a design after one of the door logos that mongo has done would look great.

I'm planning to attend. I had a great time last year. Just hoping that it doesn't turn out to be the same week my son, daughter in-law and grand daughter come in from Germany. Pretty certain they're going to be here (in Omaha) sometime in September. Just not sure exactly when, as he is still awaiting his new orders (Military).

As of right now, that's about the only thing that could derail my attendance.

Hope you can make it Rusty! The Reunion has made a change and in my mind, for the better.
Thanks to Mongo and his family for hosting us and they have a great place for the event.

The All-Truck Midwest Nationals haven't updated their web site since the cancellation of last year's event. They have updated their copyright notice to 2022 though.

Oldie, The new Heartland Reunion is ON! No truck show to go to.
September 16th and 17th. Mongo will host us at his Garage. Last year it was a nice laid back gathering with BBQ and just a great meet and greet.
We hope to have some hands on demo's. Maybe tune up a 327 in a 57 one ton GMC?
My wife Vicki may even show you how to weave a rug.
After the Southern Jamboree, we'll start the real planning for the Heartland Reunion.
T-Shirt designs and input are very welcome!

Yes. Mongo's Garage Sept. 17th. There is a lot more planning to do, so check in often.

Was wondering the same. Alvin and I should be there Friday afternoon. I take it that we will not be gathering for BBQ as was done in the past?

There will be some kind of gathering Friday afternoon/evening at Mongo’s Garage.
And a slight chance we will be invited to the Alderson’s for BBQ and a tour of their vehicle collection.

Gotta run, pouring concrete today.

I’d say 10 or 11 am Saturday. You can do the plating demo, Tuts is bringing his flareing tools to show us how well it works.
I’ll be learning how to remove hail damage.

You really should try and make the Alderson’s Friday evening. They have an great collection of old, restored equipment.

Headed to Sedalia today for that junk yard auction. Meet up for lunch next week Kevin?

Addresses will be posted in the next few days. Just got back from a Junk yard auction and will be headed to the Mokane Worlds Fair for some mutton. Wife has a taste for some, so we will head there in just a little while.
Things are shaping up good for the Reunion and hope to have a good turnout!
