LC53 Is that a stainless collar?? An old guy gave me tools to turn stainless it's easy with the right tool.

Its a piece of 3 1/5 x 3 x 3/4 stainless pipe. weld a small plate in the bottom. and bend the 1/4 x 1 in bracket to fit.
