When we bought it, we were told that it was running when he parked it... Well, with a bit og tweeking in the carb and some other small adjustments, it finally ran.

The next best thing is when you put her in gear for the first time and ease off the clutch, and she actually moves! (don't go to fast, she probably won't stop!)
an idea is only stupid if you think about it rationally.
