When I got the 1950 Chevy truck the trim had been part of the extra parts in a box so I didn't see it removed. The windows where in place. so there must be a way to install without removing the glass etc..any help is appreciated...Glenn

Remove the interior window trim. Pull the fuzzy window channel up and out. Install the exterior trim. Push the fuzzy window channel back in. install the exterior trim.
