Hi all I am happy to find such a forum. I own a 1955 GMC 102 long bed with the original pontiac 287 V8 engine and 4 speed gear.

I got some trouble with my rear brakes that are chafing sometimes and sometimes not, so was looking for some support and found this site that is really great.

best regards from Hamburg

Giorgio

Hello Giorgio, is your truck a 55.1 or 55.2?

Welcome to the "Stovebolt"

Welcome Georgio, several years ago, I dropped in on a bolter in Schorndorf, near Stuttgart. Stovebolters are all over the world.

I have always liked traveling, and I would like to go on a trip similar to yours.

I just read this in a news story: “Williams' body was found stuffed in a bag in the bathroom of his apartment with no obvious signs of foul play.” Um, isn't his body being in a bag in the bathroom a pretty good indicator that something went wrong?
