Anybody buy spring sets from General spring KC?? Stovebolt search brings up 1 post about disc brakes, their prices seem low for 46 1/2 ton spring sets...
dont know if they have teflon spacers or not but at the price one could add it........
trying to figure if this is a good deal or will put me further from where i want to be

I bought a front and rear set of springs from them for my 1972 Jeep Commando.
Well constructed, perfect fit, fast shipping.

Page 69 and 72 of the information kit for a 1946, https://www.gmheritagecenter.com/do...hevrolet-Trucks/1946-Chevrolet-Truck.pdf has all the information on springs. The deflection rate is the same as spring rate, 1" compression for every 100 lbs applied. 1946 1/2 has a 260 lb spring rate. Be sure to ask what the new ones have. The higher the rate, the stiffer the ride.
