Few of them are easy to get to. Hope this helps...

You do have to get under the fender to access them.

But I'd suggest the proper procedure would be to remove the entire grille first, replace the fender and then replace the grille.
R&Ring a fender with the grille in place would be about the same as rebuilding a transmission with the engine and driveshaft still in place.

Clearly more than 6 or 7 bolts. Then you have to contend with the inner fenders. The only way to replace the fenders and have everything line up when you are done is to remove the entire front clip (excluding the hood), and assemble all of the parts loosely. This process can be a very challenging undertaking. Keep in mind that the radius at the top corners of the grill will not likely match the radius of the aftermarket fenders. Metal work of the new fenders will probably be required. I can help walk you through the assembly process should you run into troubles.
