These are for the rear Huck brakes on larger trucks where you use a socket to adjust, rather than a screw driver. It is called a pinion. These come up on Ebay occasionally. I do not think our usual vendors have these. Try putting an ad in the parts wanted forum. Kent

You should probably verify the PN with your application, however those look a lot like the ones used on military trucks. (See image)
The GMC PN for the kit is 608438. They come up on auction sites like e-pay quite frequently. There is actually a listing for some now. Just do a search for "GMC" and "608438".

You could also place a small amount of weld onto the worn teeth,thats what i did on mine,they were staked onto pinion so removal would have to be spot welded back
