I see that some are rated @1500 lbs., others @ 2000 and am wondering if there is any real world difference between them. From your experiences, will the 1500 lb. rated levelers work well and which do you prefer?

I also agree with Mark, get the heavier one. You may need it for a heavier engine sometime.

I guess I'm questioning whether the Harbor freight one is actually 2000lb capacity when it seems comparable to many of the 1500lb ones like the one from the OTC brand. That's why I was hoping for some real world feedback from forum members on the ones they have used. If one is clearly better than the rest, that's the one I want. The Acme is square shouldered and load bearing.
