I have had this truck for seven years. It was not running, all the wiring was eaten out of it, a half gallon of water in the oil pan, pounds of mud caked on everywhere and broken windows.
It was a perfect starting point for what I wanted.
I found Stovebolt forums and started getting advise and all the missing parts.
It took about a month to get it running, stopping and steering and I have been driving it ever since.
Every winter i would take on a new repair or something like floor boards, new brakes and even some body work. It runs great but burns oil but I'll get around to that someday.

Great looking truck. Most of the 3/4 tons were worked to death. Looks like you have a nice one. It's amazing how the paint can regain it's color with a little elbow grease. The AD's with the curved windshield are a lot less common.

Thanks Moparguy. I painted the grill, running boards and fenders because there was a lot of metal work (patching). If you go that way be prepared to answer if your going to paint the rest of it.
