The originals, at least on my 1-ton were set inboard about 1/2 inch. I can't remember if that equals plus or minus 1/2 inch but it's inboard. 3/4-tons had 17" wheels as an RPO they are the same wheels as a 1-ton. If you get wheels that are set outboard more than 0" it negatively affects steering. Negative offset is when the wheel mounting surface is inboard of the centerline of the rim, as in deep dish wheels.
