Been working on replacing floor pans , rockers and cowls . Theses aftermarket panels sure need a lot of desire to get in place.

Did your front cab mounts line up? Mine didn't and I had to move them in the floor pan. I used an older style of patch panel, 18 years ago.

My 1st panel truck's firewall sagged so bad that the clutch and brake pedals scrapped when pushing them in.
I had to attach a engine hoist to the firewall and raised it up so the pedals had enough clearance.
My hinge pillars at the floor and the front mounts were rusted bad.
The roof and the windshield side pillars were the only thing that was holding the firewall.
The Toe board was basically laying on the frame rails.
The doors were rubbing when I would try to close them.
I raised the firewall and checked the door line at the striker, when it looked good I started to weld.

I had the same issues as jorb with the front cab supports basically collapsed and the pedals scraping the top of their openings. The steering column was doing most of the support of the front of the cab.

I pulled the cab off and braced it, paying attention to the door positions, and double checked them before I welded the rockers in. They SHOULD fit when I put them back on.
I also confirmed the position of the front cab mount bolt holes with respect to the firewall using the dimensions in the FAM.

It looks to me like the OP has done a good job of bracing the door openings.

truckernix, yes I had the same problems. The passenger side was off a little and the drivers side a lot ,had to jack up the front of cab was sitting on the frame. Floors ,cowls and supports all in bad shape, have most of it done now on the floors and cowls still have dash and upper cowl to replace , after cleaning it all up been finding a lot more panels to replace. The seat riser is repairable but the floor under is rusted out. Mine is like jorb and klhansen will have to start learning on how to make panels for the rear when I get there. Cool panel truck but a ton more work than my 57 Chevy truck was glad that’s finished.

Klhansen I hope I put enough supports in pain to work around but so far all is staying in place.

Your supports look good to me. I agree that they're a pain to work around. My support between the A pillars is bolted in place with the door hinge bolts, and it was a good thing as I needed to loosen it and pull the A pillars together a bit when putting the floor in. They were maybe 1/8 inch too wide.

Yes , started with a flat sheet of steel took my brother and myself to bead roll and used bead roller to bend the flanges ,to long to do by myself. Now that I tried it I think I can make my floor pans to get to fit better than some of the repops had to cut and fit the front floor pans but this one only had to measure and bead the lines and bend the flanges.

Wow you do nice work. On my cab the seat riser is a stiffener that helps support the floor pan.
