Could they be the cab mounts for the behind the seat fuel tank? I can't seem to find pics of the cab floor to confirm.

Yes. Represents the bracket for fuel tank and fuel tank straps. One hole each side should line up with rear cab mount and receives rear cab bolt, which maybe you saved.

have a '62 C60 and I'm having to replace the head. I have a question about the mold numbers. Is this a good place to ask it? Sorry never done the forum thing before.

Arrows, short answer is NO. Start your own thread in the Engine Shop Forum. Your question will be answered there. Your engine and most all others is not unique to the 60-66 trucks. Don’t give up, you’ll get this Forum thing figured out in no time.

Yes,
I agree. This should be the mounts for the fuel tank. The hole at the top should be threaded and the bottom holes have a cage nut. Was this cut out of the floor? I haven't seen a large flat chunk with the brackets like that though, usually just the brackets that get spot/plug welded back into place. Either way, yes, they should be in the cab for the fuel tank behind the seat method.
