For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,971 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 1,971 | I found some exhaust headers that are a Nicson (I think that is the spelling) brand. They are aluminum tubes, about 4" in diameter and have two inlets that look like coolant fittings. The front peice (with the coolant fittings) looks like it will come off with 3 bolts. The rear is wide open with 3 studs. I believe they fit a small block chevy (not sure yet). They look to be in perfect shape. Can anyone tell me about them and their value. They are for sale but no one knows about them. I don't want them for me, but am willing to help someone get them if wanted. | | | | | Joined: May 2001 Posts: 7,438 Extreme Gabster | | Extreme Gabster Joined: May 2001 Posts: 7,438 | Sounds like marine headers. | | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 1,756 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 1,756 | They are worth more than any automotive headers Buy them if they are cheap and talk to your local marina. | | |
