Need some help?...a second set of eyes or helping hands? Want to put together a meet and greet in your area? How about someone to go look at that truck you saw on Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace? Here is a tool to see where your fellow 'Bolters are, so you can message them here on Stovebolt.com.

For those who want to participate, this map displays the location of Stovebolters in the Midwestern Bolters Association, and sometimes, the surrounding area. If you wish to have your location added to the map, PM me.

Midwest Bolters Map...click here to download a 'zoom-able' map.

Note that the above link is directly to the .jpg file. Mobile devices (Android/iOS) by default download the file to your Downloads folder, where you can then view it. It may be easier for some mobile users to view the attached file below, then zoom/pan the image.

We originally just had Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa and Missouri.
But we annexed a little farther knowing the outlaying states were in kind of limbo.
So post up your locations and join in the chatter.
Start a event in your area, for a meet and greet lunch or something.

Kevin and I will me meeting about once a month in Ashland, Mo.

Don, the description as written by John includes only 4 States. If you are officially adding Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma then I would suggest you edit the description in the Forum header. Don’t know if you as Moderator can do that or you have to get with John or Paul to do that. Please note, I’m not complaining l just want clarification. You da man!

Thanks Martin, I didn't catch that.
We decided to grab a bigger area to include you and some other folks.
I don't think I can change that, but if I could it would read like this.

The Midwest Stovebolters
Serving the Great Plains states of Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa and surrounding states! Got something going on? Want to get something going? It's a big area, better check in here!

Thanks
Don

It's just a map.

How I crop the image in no way delineates what group you are or aren't allowed to identify with. The surrounding areas are to provide context for travel routes into and out of the 'Midwest' area.

Stovebolters should be able to associate with whatever group appeals to them, and is practicable for them to travel. I'm sure other regional groups are more than welcome to post maps in their own forums, and I can't imagine someone would be upset if the maps overlap somewhat.

I am confident the two assigned moderators for "Midwest Bolters Association" forum have things well in hand.

Welcome to the garage Tom!
Check in the Midwest Bolters Association threads often and also consider attending the Stovebolt Roundup next September.

By my count, we're up to 19 Stovebolters plotted on our map! That's a lot of help out there, for advice or assistance. It may be handy once the weather warms up and we start wrenching and traveling again.

Looks like Shakey61 has been off duty to add folks.
I,ll give him a call and see if we can get you folks added.

On a side note, we should have a Midwest Bolters Association meet and greet this May/June?
Maybe at the lake?

Thanks Kevin! We still need to meet up and discuss a Midwest Bolters Association Meet and greet.
I think it should be in May or June, The wife and I can host it lake side that will include a BBQ.
But, if there are any other locations and dates, this is in a very early, first time planning stage.
So suggestions are asked for and welcome!

The Stovebolt Reunion is also another story. We will start that topic this spring.

If we do get a Meet and Greet scheduled this year, an old truck will not be required to attend.
Guess I need to start a separate thread on that topic.
