Well the plan now is the get to the show area Friday mid afternoon.
Set up HQ with the Stovebolt awning and a few tables.

The Aldersons will be hosting the Stovebolters Friday night with a BBQ.
It is well worth attending and seeing their collection of fine vehicles.
The Alderson family are great hosts and make everyone feel welcome.
Don't know what time yet and maybe 58BigTrucks (Scott), can find that out.

Sent in our show registration today and the deadline for a free show T-shirt is Aug 23rd.
Info here.

I just added some pictures from 2016 Alderson BBQ.
Oh and Vicki will have her cookies again this year!

I'm giving it some consideration. I need to check with the family calendar and the family to make sure.

I'll be rolling in sometime in the afternoon. I have to make a detour to drop some parts off in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

Another quality post.

My arrival time depends on whether or not I-80 and I-29 are open through Nebrewski and I-Owe-her.

Brooke and I are planning on attending this event this year as well. I work on the east side of Kansas City and know the place, but have never been there nor seen their collection! Would be awesome to meet the hosts and get to see their trucks. Do we need to bring anything? Is this a BYOW type of event?

Great Skeet! You and Brooke will not regret attending and seeing the Alderson collection. It will start about 6pm
What is BYOW? (Bring your own Wife? Bring your own Weapon? or Bring Your own Wine?), I can go on, but this is a family site.
What ever it is, Bring it!

Bring your own wife😂 I like that one! Since I’m not a beer drinker, BYOW would be...you guessed it ,Bring Your Own Whiskey.
