I am having a hard time finding a pair of 19.5 8-bolt rims for my 1959 Chevy 1-ton to complete a set of six with a spare. With this type of rim being used from 1956-1972, I thought that it wouldn't be too difficult to find some. I see Accuride is a supplier of new rims, do they produce an 8-bolt 19.5 rim with 1/2 inch lug holes? Am I overlooking a secret source of these rims?

Consider also same wheel but with 9/16” lug holes. I’ve run those without issues on my 1 ton.

I was wondering about those but had concerns over the larger lug holes. What years/makes of the 9/16" lug would work? Thanks.

Any year you find them on, they were used sparsely enough and on somewhat less common things like step vans and RV's and even pickups that you should not limit your search for any particular model or year.
Instead look for the wheels, don't get all worked up about what they come on so long as they are the wheels you need.
With some practice you'll be able to spot a 19.5" wheel in a junkyard from 50 paces.

As always test fit any wheel before deciding it is useful for you.

A lot of step vans used those, and a lot of wrecking yards collect step vans for sheds. How many do you need?

Hello, saw these on CL...do these appear to be the correct 19.5 type? In reading past posts there appears to be some more cone shaped.

Hard to tell for sure from that perspective but I think they are the concave type that should work and not the conical type that don't clear the brakes.
In person or with a little bit of a side view it's very easy to tell.

If those wheels are nearby and your truck is mobile, just do a trial fitting, front and rear, at the location, or take one home for a trial fitting with agreement to return if not fit.

This set is a little far away in north central MN and I would be buying them with the help of a family member who wouldn't be able to do a fit up. Price is 4 with probably shot tires for $200. So far $50 seems to be the going rate if I even see them for sale any closer. I'm in SW Wisconsin, and any that I have been able to locate are a couple of hours away.

It'd be nice if the dead tires stay behind for that price.
