I just came across a stellar deal on a fresh rebuilt '71 Chrysler 440 engine complete from carb to oil pan, so that engine is going in the '71-Dodge D100 of mine. The complete 383 drivetrain I have from a '68 Monaco (63K miles!) is going to be the motorvator for the '46!!! So, when i say the truck has a "383" and open the hood with the viewer expecting a stroker SBC, he'll get an eyeful of Mopar power!!!
I get tired of seeing SBC engines in rods, regardless of car make...It's time the tables were turned!!!
