I know Yenko Chevrolet was a dealer famous for installing 427s in Camaros, but that was in the late 60s, long after your truck was built.

Yes, Don Yenko was a Chevrolet dealer in Cannonsburg, PA years ago known for his special HP add-ons in the late 60's and early 70's. I was surprised as well to see these on the doors of this truck for the first time...I think they are cool and retro looking and will remain...at least they are on a Chevy product.
