So I was thinking about at least front disc conversion, but before I buy new wheels, I should figure the offset I need so nothing rubs. Not worried about tire extending past wheel well. Anyone notice a big difference in offset going from drum to disc ?

I believe the main difference in disk and drum wheels is the inner diameter, disk wheels need more clearance over the calipers. Not really sure there is any offset difference as the track width doesn't change.
