Hello! New member from South Carolina, I have a 59 3100 that is all stock other than a power front disc kit. Hoping to learn and participate!

Welcome. What does it need? Is it roadworthy? Is it a pickup? Pics?

Dilligas, Welcome to the Stovebolt. I've been around here longer than I care to admit and its the best site on the web.

I see you are from Rock Hill, I actually graduated from Rock Hill High when it was on Cherry Road back in '66. I have had sister and brother there for many many years.
Do you know where McConnell area is? Kind of toward York. All my brothers family still live in that area on Parris Rd..
(I know the Hollands from out that way and Wayne Hicks who does Corvette resto's out on 21 by-pass...if he is still there?)

I know we have a couple other members from Rock Hill but haven't seen them here lately.
If your down this way let me know. The hot dogs and cold Pepsi are on me. I was born raised in Gaffney but now live just across the interstate from Spartanburg.

I'd rather walk and carry a Chevy hub cap than ride in a Ferd.
I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile

Thanks for the warm welcome. My truck is restored and road ready, I am going to install an electric wiper kit, got caught in a thunderstorm and the vacuum wipers weren't up to the task. I am planning a broad trip to Gaffney soon so I can get some Krystal burgers!

Dilligas, let me know. I stay in Gaffney about as much as I do home here in Boiling Springs, S.C.
.....and you MUST get downtown Gaffney to have some of the world famous "Harolds" hot dogs as seen on the food channel. Been eating them since I was a grass hopper.

My email is in my profile so let me know when your coming.....and be sure to watch the speed limit on #5 Highway. Its nothing but a speed trap since they widened it to 4 lanes!!!

Howdy Dilligas, welcome from another newbie. Post a pic of your truck if you can. I pass by the area once a month or so to check on one of our jobs in Duncan. I'll have to search for a Krystal burger next trip ;-)
