Google picture of an alternator. If it looks like the picture then you know which one you have.

and the date code was 3M4. Would that be 1954, Sol, 04?
At what point in time did GM use the Moses B. Cotsworth calendar, i.e.
the "International Fixed Calendar" with 13 months at 28 days each.?
