I find the spring clip for hanging the bezel to the bucket very flimsy and not reliable. when attaching the only screw at the bottom it just lifts the bezel and the function of the clip is negated. Anyone come up with a solution so the bezel is more properly secured. This is not the best design for my liking, two screws placed say horizontally would have made for a more secure fit, any ideas would be appreciated

The screw secures the assembly. You do have the rubber ring that the clip holds to the bezel, correct? Properly assembled this seems secure to me.

The original buckets on mine only have that tab bent slightly forward. Or maybe your new bezels aren't correct.

In fact I had to apply dish soap to the bezel seal to get it to slide on to the headlight retainer. Sounds to me like something needs adjusted. | | |
