Finally got it on the road after 12 years of knuckle busting.

Installed a stock rebuilt 1959 truck 261 engine. Complete tear down to bare frame....all components sandblasted, coated with POR 15, primed and painted period OD green.
Noisy, hot, rough riding, uncomfortable seats but is it fun to ride in!!!!! Being driven roadster style as the top is not finished yet.

Aaaaarggghhh how do I had my pictures that I have so carefully resized?????

Where is the attachment manager???

Congratulations on getting your truck back on the road. I can see the smile from here in S.C.
Click on the image down at the bottom left of this page and see the info there helps in posting a picture. If not, make a post in the IT forum and ask for some help.....or maybe post a link we can click on?

Alvinchipmunk.....love those panels...... my dream would be to find a 1940/42 1 ton panel..... they even had them as 20 inch wheels and woody siding all painted OD green

Leo...... just let me know next time you are in Ottawa.....will give you a tour of the Hammond Barn.

Any one wants more info on CMP check out the Maple Leaf up forum....... it world wide.

John...... I still can't see the attachment manager...unless you mean to start a NEW Thread!!!!!

Rich, no need to waste electrons, it's all right there to the left -- just click on "Posting Images in the Stovebolt Forums" (the blue GMC truck)

Bob -- I just logged in as you and I could see the attachment manager. Make sure you are using the full editor window here and not just the Quick Response window.

I think I finally got it figured out.

I have thousands of pictures taken as reference and will noT overload this site but will gladly respond for any inquiry for information and can forward Hi Rez photos to private WWW address.

ANOTHER PROBLEM......
Rich it seems I can post under 300KB in the engine thread BUT CANNOT when I try to do it here in the Gallery I get a reply not to go over 500 Bytes........ my photo system can only resize down to about 561B....

What I am overlooking this time???

Thanks John

I finally got it figured out for the engine thread BUT still can not post on the Gallery which keeps telling me not to go over 500 bytes.......... I can't resized below 561 bytes....... what I am doing wrong this time.

By the way.....Fantastic Dodge you have........ has to be the best nicest sized vehicle for restoration....nice to ride, easy to garage and a dependable flat six. Sadly I trade all my Dodge trucks and parts for two sea containers so I could focus on CMPs only.......

So what is the trick here for the gallery posting?
