There is a thread in the Spoon about dressing our trucks. Since the spoon won't allow photos, I'm starting one here.
My truck in our local Christmas Parade yesterday:

Note: let’s keep the photos to our trucks. Please do not post links to stuff you find on the internet. Thank you.

We put Santa in the short bus a couple of years ago and it's now become a tradition.

After Thanksgiving I usually drive the old truck onto the front yard and decorated it for Christmas. I have about 45 Inflatable’s scattered around it, but it’s always the old truck that gets the most compliments. You wouldn’t believe the traffic that drives by and the number of people that get out and have their picture taken in front of it!

Thanks very much. It’s a lot of work, but well worth it when you see moms bringing the little ones to see it during the day and then all the smiles it puts on the kids faces. The little ones are fascinated by all the moving propellers and rotors on the airplanes and helicopters. The big kids (adults) really like the old green truck!

Ok, y’all have gotten off track here. This isn’t the Spoon. Limit it to photos or decorating please.

My truck isn't don't yet but my chrome came in the other day. I assembled it immediately as it was so shiny and nice to see. My wife let me put my grille and GMC logo above the TV for the holidays! We had company tonight and our guests commented on how nice it actually looked with the lights reflected in it. I might have to get another grille to put in the holiday decorations. 😃

Goosebumps time with the hair on my arms all at attention, and I got something else in both eyes at the same time again. The knee jerk reaction is that I must be getting soft. Truth of the matter is that I have finally grown up, matured and now see clearly what actually matters on this planet. Thanks Dave!
