This was the area where the lower weatherstripping mounts. There are repair panels but unless you need to do the very bottom of the door you may be able to do what I did instead. With the heat needed to do lead work, even the old body guys prefer to reserve it for those areas that have enough angles or curves to give them good resistance to warpage.
