Not sure) just before the update. I usually don't publish how I spend my money, but I'd be happy to share the info with you by PM. The building was very affordable. Concrete was more than I initially expected, but I could have never done that work. I chose the right concrete guy too, which made all the difference in the world. When we measured the final slab in phase 1, it was dead on 24' X 25'. I'm very happy with this shop. Goes up if it has beams/piers or is more than 4" thick. $100/yd for material before padwork and labor. Doesn't take much to drop some serious cash. Plus, its not like you can "fix" a bad pour, so you need someone who can form and finish it right. Which costs more. For me, I'll pay extra for someone that I can trust to do it right. I had a discount guy pour one for me. Never never never again. Rushed the finish, broke forms too early, didn't turn out how I had hoped.
I need a 6" slab poured with beams in an area about 40'x60'.
