First off has anyone sprayed this stuff before I have read the instructions and know you can thin it with solvents but it did not specfiy any ratio. So I need help with that and I plan on using a HVLP gun with a 1.5 tip. Is this too small of a tip? Any answers with be helpful. I will get some pics on here in the near furture. Thanks again.

Start at 10 o 15% and work from there. One thing to make sure of is you get it mixed well. ZR is high in solids and if it has been sitting, get the goody up off the bottom and well disbursed. Allow flash off time between coats and pay attention to film thickness. It it really easy to over apply. The two coat two color thing, like black over red oxide is a good visual barometer to help you know where you've been. Get a good paint fume mask and don't worry about isocyantes as there are none in ZR.
