I'm looking for a source for the flange that bolts to the manifold for a 292; two holes, not three. Also would like to find some exhaust tubing and pre-bent elbows. My searches have come up empty. Does anyone know of a good source? Thanks.

I have used local muffler shop to bend me some temporary lengths of exhaust pipe. Then once on the road the guy finished the job at his shop. And most shops have all sorts of flanges in stock.
Best of luck

Only the big trucks with the larger-diameter exhaust pipe.

Just one of hundreds of places that sell mandrill bent pipe pieces.

Walker is another one to look at.
