No easy fix that I know of. Resurface the flywheel and replace the pressure plate and disk.

Though I will ask did you check clutch adjustment?
Then after that check all of the clutch linkage for excessive binding, play, or parts hanging up.
Most likely new clutch kit - clutch pressure plate, clutch plate, throw out bearing, pilot bearing are needed. But you still have to check everything out. For those new parts are not going to make a bad clutch fork or pivot good. Jeffrey

The only real good solution to that is to replace the assembly.

I would try to make adjustments first. Did you have the assembly apart? '54 GMC 630 w/ 503 gasser, 5 speed, ex fire truck, shortened WB 4', install 8' bed.
'55 GMC 370 w/270, 420 4 speed, grain, dump bed truck from ND. Works OK.
