Seen them advertised normal size and also over=sized with bushings. Any preference?

I have used the ones from classicparts.com with great success. They are over-sized. They require a specific sized drill bit. Do yourself a favor and buy a brand new, top quality bit so that it won't walk on you, making your hole too big.

Definitely want to use a quality bit to drill. I stepped my holes up in a drill press nice and slowly, and used a cutting fluid (RE-LION) to make it drill better. And I still goofed up a few hinge straps, but got what I needed. Good Luck, MIke

Found time to take the lower hinges to the machine shop to remove the pins and reset with new. I wanted to see what kind of work they did and I do not have the upper springs yet. They had the idea and I left them to it.
Got a call from the shop asking the year, make and model of the vehicle as they had to get pins. Didn't know what to say to that as I have never seen them listed by make, model in the catalogs. I told them to leave them as is and I will pick them up tomorrow. And here I thought it was a "simple" job!!

I could care less about make and model when I'm ordering something by Size... and the pins I've seen were listed as sizes not makes.

Agree totally. Just surprised that they were so particular.
