For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 378 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2010 Posts: 378 | Just wanted everyone to know with the help of my wonderful Daughter we got the bed off of my truck. I will now be removing the old rear end and hopefully installing the one from the 1968 chevy pickup. Before I do that I will be sure and measure everything. If it looks "iffy" I'll locate another one. I really hope it works out. Going from a 3:90 to a 3:73 should be good for the road. I'll try and keep everyone updated. I'll bet it was a Kodak moment with your daughter helping to remove the old bed. Pictures...pictures, we need pictures.
