John's lost 35 pounds! Yes, he has wanted to. Been slow and steady. He's really done a good job because he really likes to eat large amounts of food! I think it will be even easier for him once all the fresh veggies come in next door. The key has been watching his sodium. Dang, it's in everything ... especially prepared foods and that's my kind of "cooking" so I've had to really come up with some new ideas. But, it's worked.

I've been working on pictures for our family 2016 calendar (yea, I'm late ohwell) and I can really see the difference.

Also, Sweet's youngest (Rocket) is on the Homecoming page. He's a cutie. Got another picture to switch out next week as we count down to the big weekend.

Methuselah's uncle is younger than you, Jim dance

A belated Happy Hatch Day, Sweet! Hope the dance was special. For your birthday, I'll let Hambone buy you a 10-oz beer.

Fred -- All credit for my weight loss must go to Miss Margaret who has the patience of Job to deal with my crankiness and whiney attitude. Not to mention that I'm actually not that nice to begin with. And then I started the diet ... eeeek
