I have the floor boards almost done and need to know what to seal them with before the rust takes over. I'd prefer some kind of brush on product as I have to crawl under the truck to do it and dragging the paint gun under there is a real PIA.

The undercoating though came out of the spray can runny. Then when it dried to a certain degree, rolled it with a small nap paint roller, looks good to me and low budget! Did one of my chassis in it years ago and its still tough, slick and shiny.

I think I'll go with the POR 15 and some type of rubberized undercoating for the sound deading qualities.

Alvin..latex or nitrile gloves...you forgot the gloves man! (I'm speaking from experience of course...)  Good advice on the chassis grounds though. Like Alvin I favoured POR-15,my truck's an all year driver (my daily) and as such suffers everything a Scottish winter can throw at it,including salt. I'm pleased to say after two such winters and 6000+ miles it's holding up well.
