I am installing missing bed angle strips on my 1958 step side. Could anyone please check the distance from the top of the bed side to the top of the angle strip and send it to me. I have no reference to go by.

However, it does list the dimension from the top of the side to the top of the wood as 17.5625". | | | | | Joined: May 2001 Posts: 709 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: May 2001 Posts: 709 | Don't mean to toss sand into the gears but just in from the garage where my 59 with factory spot welded angle strips measure 16.5 inches from the top edge of the strip to the outgoing bend at the top of the bedside. I measured front, center, and back of both bedsides with less than 1/16 inch variation. Hope this helps.
