The windshield crank assembly on my 1938 Chevy 1/2 ton pickup has a worn worm gear. Found the rebuild tech tip for 39-46 assemblies by Kip Bonds, but no leads on 37-38 units. Does anyone have a parts source for the gears or maybe someone who is rebuilding?

Can't reply to you on "Send PM" (can't send you a Personal Message)- for some reason.
I've got a couple of restored units. Parts are hard to find. Over the years I found enough parts to nicely restore some units.

Probably can't PM me yet because I'm a newbie. Once I reach the posting limit, I will send you a PM. I'm definitely interested in one of your rebuilt units.
