I pulled all the bolts along the outside of the side panels EXCEPT the ones at the top which thread into the rolled top tube. My guess is they are carrage bolts and both have stripped. Do I cut them out? Is there some other way to get them out? Any help appreciated.
Don't read the directions, that'd be too easy.

My '37 was, it had two square nuts, one on each side. You may have to cut one side if it is striped, then pull out from the other side. Strange, that is all I can say.
