Don't think this is what your looking for Pete, but I tried!
...and before someone else says it perhaps another set of doors may be easier? ...or just take it out and cut a new piece of glass?? Or maybe find someone to swap with that wants vent windows??
I'll ask around here. I know some guys of a local truck club that might can help.

Hagan vent window eliminator kit. If you notice Chevy's of the 40's part number starts with HAG so guess who makes theirs.

What shape are your doors in. I want vent windows. Mine are 'ventwindowless' 1949. Would have to make a plan, the shipping would kill us. Interested? let me know. Thanks, Steven

It can be done, but switching from twist handle to push button handle doors is a simple swap, or vice versa.
