I live in Huntsville and wonder if there are any Bolters in the area that I could talk with to help me figure out how to fix these items.

Over the years I've discovered that most of my "rare" problems are not so rare at all. I just have to ask the right people. In your case it gets even better as you have a forum for the 60-66 years.
