Hello,

I have what I hope is a quick question. Does anyone know the size of the copper washers used to seal the hollow bolt and block for the rear brakes on a '47 3100?

I know I could measure mine when I remove them, but it'd be nice to have them ready before I start the job.

Thanks,

Bill

If your talking the rear brake banjo bolt washer it should be .450" I.D.
.675" O.D.

Bill, on the package it will probably say something like 7/16 or 11/32 ect. They have several sizes in the help isle at Advance Auto and the other places. Usually 4 to a box. Take on with you, stop at Chick-fil-A and cool down. Then stop at Advance on the way home. smile
Time for a hot dog yet....or chicken?

I can explain it to you, but I can't understand it for you smile
