See post #4 on this link. There are other ideas in that thread too. The Falcon tank runs about $120 new. It's a 16 gallon tank. One source for a Falcon tank.

It looked like a fairly good fit. He had the fill inside the bed. It's probably the same tank as a Falcon of the same year. Mounting the tank in that location uses up the space for the spare tire.

| | | | | Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 6,214 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2004 Posts: 6,214 | I used a Suburban/Panel Truck tank which mounts on the passenger side between the frame rail and drive shaft. I routed the filler pipe back to the rear fender behind the rear tire. I've only filled it once, I just got it on the road and other than filling it slow so it doesn't burp back I like it. The TF Sub/Panel tank fits the pickup frame perfect, modified the in-cab straps to work under the truck. I still carry my spare under the bed in the factory location. Mike B  | | |
