Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2015 Posts: 125 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2015 Posts: 125 | Ive tried researching to no avail. I know i need a 180 degree but cant seem to find them item specific anywhere? I wondered why my truck was overheating until i pulled thermostat housing and nothing was there. Can someone cross reference maybe something i can get at local parts store? Im not sure on the fitment since i dont have one to go off of.

A thermostat will bring you to running temp faster, which is most likely better for the engine and for more efficient pre-warm-up driving. | | | | | Joined: Jan 2015 Posts: 125 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2015 Posts: 125 | Who cares just purchased a 2 row aluminum radiator off ebay and will add the thermostat since its only 4 bucks. Should be good to go then.
Thanks Guys

Does coolant come out when you open the petcock on the block below the manifold to the rear? You should check that out before you put the new radiator in, so you won't send any crud into the new radiator. Carl
