I have seen none of these with a visor, yet mine came with a visor. Does anyone know if they are supposed to have visors or no? If you are refiring to the inside sun visor, the 1946 Truck Data Book shows an optional " Sun Shades (visor) Option No. 261. A sun visor with universal mounting bracket for installation on the right or left side of the cab. Made of laminated plastic material that will stand abuse. Adjustable to any angle. "

It looks quite similar to the one in your pic George. Presently it has a tear in the side where the wind caught it, it has been welded but the weld seam shows through. Dad wants to keep the visor on the truck and hopes to replace it someday.
We took it in a parade on Sat. Other then a mid 60's Vette, we were the only vintage vehicle.
