For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 1 Moderated | | Moderated Joined: Dec 2014 Posts: 1 | Hello from Central NJ! My name is Charlie and I live in Hunterdon County NJ, I own a 1953 3/4 ton long bed Chevy that is in pretty good condition. I plan to start doing a full restoration on the truck once the weather gets warmer. I have been lurking the "Bolt" for the last 6 months and now I plan to start posting my questions and seeking advice from the experienced Chevy fans. This is a great site for advice and info that is priceless to the hobby.

Best place on the web for old Chevy and GMC truck guys. The AD style have a great following and lots of stuff remade for them. Put your questions to the guys in the most correct forum and you'll get plenty of help. Good luck, and post up a picture when you can. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,215 Moderator | | Moderator Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 4,215 | Welcome Charlie, lots of help to be had here. Good luck with it and hopefully it warms up a bit.

We are having a get together at my shop Jan. 31st and Feb 1st. I own a 1947 1-ton that is too rusty for words. The gang from Old Dominion is coming up to help tear it down for the restoration. Feel free to attend. There is one other Bucks County Bolter coming from up near Warminster.
We would love to see you. Did you have your truck at the Washington Crossing farm and equipment show ? I saw a few Chevys there.

I just joined the forum as well and am up in Sussex County. It's nice to see there are other folks in the area.
I know shipping parts can be expensive so if you are looking for anything let me know. | | |
