Who makes the seals that go into those tracks ?

Jim Carter truck parts used to sell short lengths of that track. You might to call them.
FYI: sometime in 1949 they changed to the tracks for that door "windlace". Prior to that, the windlace was held in place using screwed-in strips of metal.
