These are still available from NAPA or your local big truck parts store. Check this out... abspowerbrake.com in an old topic,a member called them,and they fabbed an under-floor m.C./booster for his 2 ton!

Unfortunately the middle to late sixties is a time of change for the hydraulic brake systems on medium and heavy duty Chevrolets and GMCs, it can be extremely frustrating trying to figure out which components the truck left the factory with, hope that helps. | | | | | Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 48 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Dec 2009 Posts: 48 | Thanks everybody, but my master cylinder is bolted to the booster on the firewall just like on a smaller truck there is not a booster under the cab.

I'll see if I can find some numbers, there should be a small tag on the booster clamp bolt with the Midland part number on it. | | | | | Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 6,100 | Hy Pipeliner78, as I said this age of truck is tricky to find the correct brake parts for and to give me the best chance of finding the correct parts I need a bit more information. Does your truck have a single or dual braking system (one or two brake lines connected to the master cylinder)?
