This year I was involved in two different white elephant gift exchanges and gave tools both times. For one I wrapped up a new propane torch set and the other I gave an electric staple gun. Both were big hits.
Anybody else give tools at these exchanges?

First gift on the white elephant was a bottle of wine, second was a wool scarf. Then, somebody picked his and opened it. A Red Ryder BB gun. They went nuts. Every body wanted it. There were about 20 people there, and the each took the rifle away from the previous owner.
