Here you go fellas, mind you don't spill yer beverage....

All y'all, yes I did rattle can the 261 engine in Daytona Yellow. I've named the engine 'CHAMP', due to an after market oil drain bolt installed with a CHAMP Items logo stamped on the bolt.

Cosmo;
reminds of the WD-40 commercial, 1001 uses for it. Now I have a new use for my sawmill. Brilliant.

I have a technical question obviously highly pertinent to the detailed painting process used in the skillfull restoration of Champ.
What's in the flask?

CC Billy, that would be paint fish-eye reduction and flattener.

SAA Sweet, it is made by a good ol boy in a holler not far from here.

A simpler way for me to accomplish the same effect for shaking the rattle can, would be to pound whatever is in that flask and come back at 5 AM the next day and just put the can in my hand and try to hold it still and let the DTs take over.

So Cosmo calls me the other day and tells me his "new" flip-phone has a camera. I told him to play with it. Look what we've done.

Keep them coming Brother!
